I don't deliver motivational talks.
I open honest conversations.
Whether it's a keynote for 500 or a facilitated session for a leadership team of 12, the goal is the same: to shift how people think about trust, culture, and what their teams actually need and to leave them with something they can use on Monday morning.
What to expect
I bring 20 years of real organisational experience into every session. Not theory, not frameworks pulled from a textbook. When I talk about trust, I'm drawing on what I've seen break it and rebuild it inside actual leadership teams. When I talk about culture, I'm speaking from the inside, as someone who's consulted on it, led within it, and lived the contradictions.
My sessions are interactive, direct, and designed to leave people thinking differently; not just feeling inspired for an afternoon. I combine storytelling with practical insight, and I'm comfortable going to the places most speakers avoid: the tension, the politics, the things teams know but don't say.
Topics I speak on
Every session is tailored to your audience, context, and objectives.
These are the themes I'm most often invited to explore and each one can be adapted as a keynote, workshop, panel, or facilitated leadership conversation.
-
How trust, psychological safety, clarity, and everyday leadership behaviours shape the cultures people actually experience at work and what it takes to build organisations where performance and care can co‑exist.
-
What it means to lead in moments of transition: personally, in our relationships, and in the wider organisational system. Practical ways to stay grounded, make sense of complexity, and move people through change without losing them
-
How the quality of relationships and our ability to work with emotions, rather than around them, directly influence results, collaboration, and wellbeing. Simple lenses and tools for noticing patterns and shifting how teams show up together.
-
Bringing bias, power, and belonging out of abstraction and into daily decisions, meetings, and interactions. What inclusive leadership looks like in practice, and how small, consistent actions reshape the experience of work for different people.
-
How the HR and people function is changing in a world of AI, hybrid work, and ongoing disruption and what this means for roles, skills, and identity. Exploring how HR can hold both business impact and human dignity at the centre of its work.
-
The visible and invisible dynamics that affect women’s paths in organisations, and how leaders and structures can either reinforce or loosen those patterns. Focus on everyday practices that allow women’s leadership to be seen, heard, and valued.
How we can work together
Format 1: Keynotes
30–60 minute sessions designed to open minds and shift perspectives. High-energy, story-driven, practical. For conferences, summits, and large-scale events.
Format 2: Interactive Workshops
90 minutes to half-day sessions where the audience doesn't just listen, they work. Structured around dialogue, reflection, and practical tools they can take back to their teams.
Format 3: Leadership Offsites & Facilitated Conversations
Bespoke facilitation for leadership teams, boards, or management cohorts. These aren't presentations; they're guided conversations designed to move a specific group forward on a specific challenge.
Format 4: Panels & Fireside Chats
Available as a panellist, moderator, or in-conversation partner. Comfortable with live, unscripted formats. The more honest the conversation, the better.
Where I've Spoken
Invite Elli to your next event
Whether you're planning a conference, a leadership retreat, or an internal event that needs to be more than the usual, let's talk about what would be most useful for your audience.
Tell me about your event, your audience, and what you're hoping to achieve. I'll share honestly whether I'm the right fit - and if I am, we'll design something together.
