For almost 20 years, I’ve partnered with leaders and teams to unlock their potential. From consulting with Big Four firms like Deloitte and EY to leading HR across EMEA and coaching executives and global teams, my work has always focused on helping people and organizations thrive together.

How My Program Works

Week 1: Diagnosis

A strategic consultation with your organisation’s People & Culture Leader and/or Team Lead to surface key challenges, clarify objectives, and align the program with organisational priorities.

Week 2: Kickoff

We onboard the team to our digital platform, introduce the program, and begin collecting AI-enabled insights. A facilitated session builds trust from day one, strengthens commitment, and sets the foundation for collaboration.

Week 3-10: Team Coaching Sessions

Six to eight live coaching sessions where teams work on trust, alignment, dynamics, and motivation. We create space for honest dialogue, address what’s often unspoken, and help teams strengthen collaboration in real time.

Week 11-12: Debriefing

A closing session with the team sponsor to reflect on progress, share insights, and review data-driven results. Together, we identify next steps to sustain growth and embed lasting transformation.
